Scott is driven by a relentless curiosity and a commitment to uncovering the core of any problem. He excels at distilling complex issues into clear, actionable insights and thrives on helping clients reach genuine moments of clarity.

Prior to Payson, Scott worked in investment banking at BMO Capital Markets, where he supported over $1 billion in M&A transactions and $15 billion in equity and debt financings. His work involved building sophisticated financial models, assessing business performance, and guiding major strategic decisions. Scott’s experience covered a wide range of industries from aerospace to healthcare, sharpening his ability to quickly understand new markets.

Now based in Revelstoke, BC, Scott balances his professional life with a love for the outdoors. When he's not tackling a client challenge, you’ll likely find him skiing the backcountry, plunging into alpine lakes, or perfecting the art of campfire breakfasts.
