Jasmine is a practical and thoughtful people strategist and executive coach with more than 15 years of experience helping organizations navigate growth, transformation, and change. She is known for bringing clarity to complex business and talent challenges, and for connecting people, operations, and strategy in a way that supports better decision-making.

She has worked with organizations ranging from high-growth startups to Fortune 50 companies, gaining deep experience across different stages of growth and complexity. As Co-Founder and Principal Consultant at TROIS Collective, she now advises startups, scale-ups, and founder-led businesses across many sectors. Through this work, Jasmine supports the Payson team with HR strategy, recruiting, and people-related initiatives as the team grows.

Her expertise spans organizational design, talent strategy, leadership development, workforce planning, employee relations, compensation, governance, risk management, and executive coaching. She also brings this strategic lens to her broader community work, including as a Board Director with the Paralympic Foundation of Canada and Managing Partner of Women’s Equity Lab Toronto.

Outside of work, Jasmine can often be found exploring the city, or planning her next travel adventure.
