Atul is a highly skilled data scientist with expertise in agentic AI, large language models (LLMs), and advanced machine learning. He has developed XGBoost and LightGBM models for leading fintech companies to predict risk, improve customer targeting, and automate model monitoring.
With over 15 years of experience in advanced analytics at Citi, Moody’s, and other organizations, Atul has led projects in credit risk, marketing optimization, and predictive modeling. Atul has led the development of fintech products, risk management systems, and customer acquisition strategies, delivering measurable growth while maintaining robust credit controls. He has been an active mentor to startups, helping founders apply AI and data science to real-world challenges.
Outside of work, Atul enjoys biking, hiking, exploring emerging AI applications, and mentoring entrepreneurs while experimenting with new technologies that push the boundaries of intelligent systems.
